I’ve always been a connector. Growing up in Southwest Atlanta, I was the kid who moved fluidly between spaces; bridging cultures, people, and ideas with ease. What began as a natural instinct became the foundation of a career built on helping brands and communities show up with purpose.
Over the last 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of building brands that don’t just speak—they resonate. From founding The Authentique Agency, a trailblazing, multimillion-dollar Black and LGBTQ-led firm, to serving as Chief Growth Officer at WHTWRKS, I’ve dedicated my work to helping companies unlock cultural relevance through strategic storytelling, intentional marketing, and bold experience design.
But beyond scope and strategy, I’m driven by culture. Whether consulting on brand visibility for legacy companies or reimagining matchmaking platforms for Black gay men, I lead with heart, precision, and a commitment to communities that deserve more.

Career History
Throughout my journey, I’ve collaborated with some of the most iconic brands in the world—Columbia Pictures, Marvel, BET, Victoria’s Secret, Gilead Sciences, NFL, The Coca Cola Company, and Tyler Perry Studios-helping them move beyond performative inclusion into meaningful cultural impact.
As the founder of The Authentique Agency, I scaled the business into a profitable, culture-first marketing powerhouse, intentionally Black and LGBTQ-led. Under my leadership, Authentique launched award-winning campaigns, grew multimillion-dollar partnerships, and proved that diverse leadership isn't a liability—it's a competitive advantage.
In 2024, I decided to sell Authentique to WHTWRKS, a fellow Black-owned firm whose values and vision aligned with mine. I didn’t exit because I had to—I exited because I could, and because I believe in succession, not stagnation. I later joined WHTWRKS as Chief Growth Officer, helping drive new business and produce culturally rich content like The Right Pitch, a Roku series challenging bias in advertising.
Most recently, I’ve led activations that turned BET’s Black + Iconic into a televised platform, partnered with the National Black Justice Collective, and leaned deeper into equity-centered consulting, visibility strategy, and legacy leadership.
Lightbulb Moment
Earlier in my agency career, I fought to bring a high-impact campaign for the City of Atlanta to the table—one that addressed sexual assault and aligned with our team’s values. Despite guaranteed growth and a competitive edge, leadership declined to pursue it, citing profit margins. When I pushed back, I was told: “I just don’t get the diversity thing.”
That moment hit hard, but it also hit home. I realized I couldn’t keep asking permission to care. So I left. And I built a business that led with integrity, centered lived experience, and proved that purpose-driven work pays off.
That lightbulb moment didn’t just change my career—it clarified my calling.
